Step into this primary bathroom retreat where earthy sophistication takes center stage. We layered a natural stone backsplash with custom-mix stained cabinetry for rich, warm dimension.

The alligator skin pattern floors add a touch of bold intrigue underfoot, while sculptural white and gold lighting keeps the atmosphere soft and serene. Japanese wood-inspired tile wraps the walls around the tub, bringing a sense of warmth and spa-like calm.

And the porcupine mirrors? They’re the perfect conversation starter, blending organic texture with a dose of playful glamour.

Because bathrooms should feel as curated as the rest of your home—layered, tactile, and unapologetically personal.

When your home exudes quiet luxury but your butler’s pantry insists on throwing a party…

For this new construction gem, we embraced a little whimsy among the refinement. The star of the show? A cheeky wallpaper alive with mischievous monkeys—tipsy on wine, mid-brawl, and living their best lives.

To complement this playful backdrop, we color-matched the built-ins to that perfect rich tomato red, layered in honed soapstone countertops, and topped it all with white oak shelves to keep things grounded (or as grounded as tipsy monkeys allow).

This pantry proves that luxury doesn’t have to take itself too seriously—and sometimes the smallest spaces make the biggest statements.

In this new build by @vanguardhomes, we designed a powder bath that flirts with quiet luxury but isn’t afraid to turn up the drama. A deep green Art Deco wallpaper sets the tone—equal parts Great Gatsby and Southern charm—with glimmers of gold and patterned accents that feel equal parts timeless and daring. Think vintage cocktail party meets modern-day elegance.

This space may be small, but she’s a showstopper.
