RB…… This NAHB BALA Silver Award Winning - Home still gives our team chills. Lots of unique details were incorporated in the design + build of this home. Check out the ceiling trim. “Floating Herringbone” lives above your head and Vintage Oak Barrel floors below your feet. High movement waterfall quartz on the Oak Fluted island compliments the High Wave Backsplash and soft white cabinets well. Ultra technical pendant lights over the island bring the future into this design. Simple but well thought out trim boxes in the dining add a little sophistication to the scene. Our team selected furnishings that were cozy and inviting but also “interesting” to look at. We love this project.

🕶️ Laid back vibes. Neutral palettes. Vintage pieces. Our team wanted to provide this client with the ultimate lounge space to play his guitar and listen to a little 70’s rock music. We went bananas over the vintage 70’s “Match Stick Table” we scored at @kaitlynwolfe__ SHOP at her design studio in Scottsdale. Also picked up at her shop : the very sexy vintage 1970’s Goffredo Reggiani sculptural chrome table lamp as well as (2) Gastone Rinaldi Cantilever + Chrome + Wood + Leather chairs. A Boucle sectional with mix and match pieces means the client can move around his living room arrangement to accommodate the need with visitors. A Mongolian Lamb wingback invites center stage. Custom White Oak cabinets by @restoringthehive add the perfect color stain and texture to the space. All of the furnishings and art complement the vintage oak barrel floors we installed.

🤎 Bath vibes. Our team wanted the “feeling” that this bath was built to “read” in. Mid-century vibes meet Art Deco-Southern softness in the eclectic bath designed, built + furnished by us. The tub faucet as a wall fixture was the perfect scale for this Bold bath moment. The pendant lights invite bringing a cocktail to the party.
