For over two decades, I’ve lived inside the construction world — not just as a designer, but as a licensed general contractor, land developer, and builder. I understand budgets, timelines, field conditions, structural constraints, and profit margins. I also understand how it feels to stand in a framed-out kitchen and envision the life that will unfold there.
That intersection — structure and soul — is where I operate best.

From Practice to Platform
Over time, something became very clear:
Designers were incredibly talented… but many were unintentionally fighting builders instead of collaborating with them.
So I built RBH Coaching.
RBH Coaching exists to teach interior designers how to think like builders — how to speak builder fluent, protect their margins, step into authority, and become indispensable on a job site.
This isn’t mindset coaching. This is operational intelligence.
Through one-on-one mentorship, live classes, and structured programs, I teach designers how to:
- Understand how builders actually think
- Make decisions earlier
